It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

• Avoid logging in on public computers or Wi-Fi networks.
• Always log out after use.

999bj will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access, unless it is proven that the issue was entirely caused by our system.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds to 999bj: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• After a successful deposit, credits are generally added to your account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount from 999bj is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following conditions must be met to claim this bonus:

• The wagering requirement for the bonus to become withdrawable is 15 times the bonus amount (15x).
• The wagering requirement must be met within the specified time from the date the bonus is issued.

5.2 Other Promotions

You may request to close your account at any time. Any valid balance can be withdrawn before account closure, however bonus funds with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.
